Position Description

The Department of Neurology at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking an academic Headache Neurologist. The Medical Center has been designated as a participating site within the Network for Excellence in Neuroscience Clinical Trials (Neuro

NEXT).

  • Join a vibrant group of 4 headache faculty with myriad of interests including but not limited to intracranial hypertension, facial pain, healthcare disparities, and concussion
  • Participation in community events
  • Collaborate with maxillofacial and neurosurgeons to manage complex headache disorders.
  • Be a part of the Peter O'Donnell Jr. Brain Institute, which is a rapidly expanding enterprise supporting clinical, educational, research, and outreach efforts

Qualifications

  • Possess or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Texas
  • Board certified/board eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology for adult or child neurology
  • Completed a 1-year fellowship in headache
