New employed MD opportunity with USAP North Texas! $400‑$500k+, 2+ shifts/week, 6 weeks vacation. Flexible scheduling. No hearts, no peds. Thriving practice in North Dallas/Plano/Frisco.

• 24hr shifts consist of daytime CRNA supervision/OR board management & overnight supervision of 2 CRNAs (1 OR & 1 OB).
• 8 & 10hr shifts are a mix of CRNA supervision & doing own cases.
• Our talented team of CRNAs are friendly, extremely competent, & perform their own epidurals/spinals.
• Primary hospital is a level 2 trauma center in Plano, TX.

• Must be comfortable with CRNA supervision and OR board management.
• Ideal candidate must be comfortable doing a variety of OR cases, OB/neuraxial, and basic nerve blocks.

• All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
• Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
• Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
