Plastic Surgery, Laser & Aesthetic Practice Position Overview

Our premier plastic surgery laser and aesthetics practice is seeking an experienced, highly polished Certified Laser Technician with operating room experience to join our elite clinical team. This role is ideal for a skilled aesthetic professional who thrives in a surgical environment and understands the elevated standards of care required in plastic surgery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience in a plastic surgery or dermatology setting, is confident in advanced deep ablative procedures, and is passionate about delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes with a concierge-level patient experience.

• Perform advanced laser treatments including deep plane resurfacing, IPL, vascular and pigment correction, acne scar revision, deep plane ablative resurfacing
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with the surgeon.
• Provide detailed pre- and post-procedure education to optimize healing and results.
• Capture standardized before-and-after photography.
• Maintain strict adherence to laser safety standards and state regulations.

• Deliver a high-touch, luxury patient experience throughout the patient s journey
• Support pre-operative and post-operative appointments as needed.
• Build trust with patients through education, discretion, and professionalism.
• Uphold the practice’s core values of integrity, excellence, and safety.

• Assist in capturing educational treatment content and surgical technology highlights (within compliance).
• Collaborate on content creation showcasing laser services and post-surgical skin optimization.
• Confidently educate patients on camera when appropriate.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and aesthetic trends.

• 3–5+ years of experience in plastic surgery or dermatology
• Preferably with a strong social media presence andbook of business.
• Operating room experience preferred
• Strong understanding of sterile technique and deep ablative procedures
• Knowledge of Fitzpatrick skin typing and advanced laser parameters
• Experience with leading laser platforms (Sciton, Candela, Crown Aesthetics, BTL etc. )
• Professional, polished presentation suitable for a high-end surgical environment
• Strong documentation and EMR skills
