We are seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist Physician to join a high-quality, hospital-based obstetrics program in Dallas,TX. This role is designed for physicians who thrive in an acute-care environment and value a model that dramatically improves patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring immediate, in-house OB/GYN expertise for all obstetric emergencies.
This position offers an exceptional work/life balance, with no office responsibilities, no on-callduty, and a predictable hospitalist schedule.
Position Highlights:
- Hospitalist-only role withno clinic and no office management
- Typically (7-9) 24-hour shifts per month
- No on-call responsibilitiesoutside scheduled shifts
- Immediate availability tomanage any obstetric emergency
- Strong multidisciplinarylabor and delivery support team
- Physician-focused modelcentered on safety, quality, and efficiency
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual compensation: $300,000- $340,000

Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of anACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active Texas medical licenseor eligibility for licensure
- Current DEA registration
