White Rock Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join our growing surgical team in Dallas, Texas. This position offers the opportunity to practice high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive medical environment.
Responsibilities- Perform a broad range of general surgical procedures, including elective and emergency cases
- Provide inpatient and outpatient surgical care
- Participate in call coverage as assigned
- Collaborate with anesthesiology, nursing, and specialty services to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with hospital policies
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
- Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Texas medical license
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
