Job Details

Job Title:

Program Director - Physician Assistant

Employment:
Direct Hire, Permanent

Hours:

Full-time, 32 hours in-person and 8 hours remote.
Salary: $190K + $40k bonus + great benefits
Relocation Assistance: $10-20K

Location:

Hybrid, in Dallas, TX.

Function:
Your responsible for developing the online program, completing accreditation documentation, and overseeing the program's development.

Duties:

• Attend workshops, seminars, and meetings.
• Evaluate student academic performance in the program.
• Review and revise performance objectives to assure valid clinical learning experiences.
• Structure daily operation of the program, including organizations, administration, periodic review, and evaluation, continued development, and general effectiveness of program curricula.

Requirements:

• Physician Assistant Program with a minimum of a master's degree
• NCCPA Certification
• Physician Assist License - Board Certified
• 5 years Clinical Experience as practicing PA + 3 years in education/academics
