Neurology Physician

Location: Dallas, TexasSetting: Outpatient Clinic (Adults & Teens)Employment Type: W-2 Only

• Outpatient Only - No inpatient, no call

• Patient Population: Mostly adults & teens

• Autonomy: Provider works solo at assigned location after training

• Training:

  • Initial onboarding in Austin, TX with lead physician

• Clinical Focus:

  • Neurological exams & assessments

  • Brain injury evaluations & treatment

• Experience: Brain injury experience preferred

• EMR: OpenEMR

• Census: TBD

• Care Model: Collaborative, value-based care

• Non-Clinical: Participation in meetings, business development & community events required

• Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Weekends: None

• Call: None

• Support Staff: MAs, front desk, and clinic support team

• Dallas, TX

  • 3 upcoming clinic openings

  • Addresses TBD

• Texas Medical License - in hand or applied

• DEA License - Required

• BLS Certification - Required

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible

• No supervision required

• Open to New Grads (no 2027 graduates)

• Experience Preferred: 2+ years (not required)

• Comfortable practicing independently after training

• Base Salary: $350,000

• Bonus Potential: DOE (discussed with client)

• Malpractice: With TAIL

• Relocation & Sign-On Bonus: Available
