Position Overview
We are seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist Physician to join a high‑quality, hospital‑based obstetrics program in Dallas, TX. This role is designed for physicians who thrive in an acute‑care environment and value a model that dramatically improves patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring immediate, in‑house OB/GYN expertise for all obstetric emergencies.
This position offers an exceptional work/life balance, with no office responsibilities, no on‑call duty, and a predictable hospitalist schedule.
Position Highlights- Hospitalist‑only role with no clinic and no office management
- Typically (7‑9) 24‑hour shifts per month
- No on‑call responsibilities outside scheduled shifts
- Immediate availability to manage any obstetric emergency
- Strong multidisciplinary labor and delivery support team
- Physician‑focused model centered on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Annual compensation: $300,000 – $340,000
