Position Overview

Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC), a nationally ranked cancer center and flagship tertiary/qua ternary care hospital in Downtown Dallas, is seeking a dynamic, fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon or Surgical Oncologist with a concentration in breast surgery to lead our multidisciplinary breast surgery team.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of breast surgery at a leading academic medical center, working alongside a dedicated team in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Ideal Candidate
  • Mid-Career fellowship-trained in breast surgery or surgical oncology with a focus on breast surgery
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to multidisciplinary care
  • Interest in clinical research, education, and program development
