Medical insurance (W-2), paid sick time, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, licensure/certification, travel reimbursements (when applicable), robust referral bonus program, and 24/7 support team What You ll Do Provide outpatient geriatric medical evaluations and management of chronic, complex conditions Conduct preventive care and health screenings for senior patients Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop personalized treatment plans Manage medication protocols and coordinate care with other health professionals Document patient visits accurately using Epic EMR system Participate in after-hours call coverage approximately one week per year, including weekends Support patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention What You Need Active medical license, board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Minimum 1 year outpatient primary care or geriatrics experience Strong clinical skills with geriatrics and chronic disease management Compassionate communication and patient-focused approach About the Assignment This full-time outpatient geriatrics practice provides a rewarding environment caring for an established senior patient population.
