Many students step away from school due to life challenges, not lack of potential. As a Re-Entry Specialist
, you’ll reconnect with former students, help them overcome obstacles, and inspire them to return and complete their education in the skilled trades.
This is a meaningful, student-centered role where your communication skills and empathy can truly change lives.
What You’ll Do- Reach out to previously enrolled students who have withdrawn
- Re‑engage them through phone calls, emails, texts, and in‑person conversations
- Help students work through barriers to re‑enrollment
- Collaborate with Admissions, Faculty, and Student Services teams
- Motivate students to rediscover their goals and return to school
- Associate degree or higher (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Admissions, Student Services, or adult education
- Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- Positive, empathetic, and student-focused mindset
- Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
