You'll have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of this strategic initiative, working with progressive leadership that values creativity, collaboration, and your expertise as a seasoned facilitator.

• Facilitate engaging in‑person and virtual leadership development programs for corporate staff across all organizational levels
• Deliver a blend of best‑in‑class vendor content and customized internal curricula
• Weave Children's Health stories and examples into every session to maximize relevance and application
• Lead sessions with executive presence, energy, and authentic passion for developing leaders

• Complete Train‑the‑Trainer certifications for new programs
• Earn professional facilitator certifications funded by the organization
• Observe, co‑facilitate, and ultimately own program delivery
• Stay current on leadership development trends, learning methodologies and healthcare industry dynamics

• Manage the end‑to‑end learner journey from pre‑work through post‑program follow‑up
• Coordinate materials and prepare for seamless program delivery
• Travel periodically to our Dallas and Plano campuses as business needs require
• Contribute ideas for program innovation and continuous improvement

• Establishes credibility and presence in the room while remaining approachable
• Manages time and session flow brilliantly, keeping groups engaged and on track
• Thinks on your feet when the unexpected happens (room changes, technology issues, participant needs)
• Uses storytelling to make concepts concrete and meaningful connections to business
• Creates inclusive learning environments where every participant feels valued
• Gets genuine energy from being in front of a group
• Is passionate about developing leaders and sees facilitation as a calling, not just a job

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of corporate facilitation and program implementation experience
• 3+ years of leadership development curriculum and program design experience (preferred)
• Alignment with Children's Health mission and values

• Professional facilitator certifications
• Accomplished trainer certifications in leadership methodologies
• Active membership in ATD (Association for Talent Development) or similar professional associations
• Healthcare experience
• Background in organizational development or talent management
