* Collaborate with administrators and staff to effectively increase student achievement through coaching, PLCs, professional development, and use of best practices.
* Provide guidance and support of use of available curriculum, instructional materials, resources, supplies, and equipment and recommend purchases for campus implement.

* Develop, implement, and present professional development training to teachers and administrators, as requested by Early Learning, campus, or network.
* Provide technical assistance to campuses, as needed, to ensure that program and curriculum implementation meets applicable local, state, and federal policies, regulations, and guidelines.
* Effectively collaborate with other district departments and non-district partnerships.
* Demonstrate proficiency in the Cohort Leader screening process, become approved as a cohort leader, and adhere to all requirements of the Texas Reading Academies.
* Assist in monitoring the district's effectiveness and compliance with legislative programs, including multi-language programs, and make recommendations for program adjustments.
* Achieve and maintain reliability on CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) for either PreK and K-3, as assigned.

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Early Childhood Education or related field required
* Master's degree from an accredited university in Education or related field preferred
* Valid Texas Teacher Certificate with endorsements for subject and subject level assigned is required preferred.
* 3 years of directly related experience in Early Childhood Education required
* 2 years of Campus Leadership experience preferred
* Demonstrates experience in implementing educational programs in an early learning setting.
* Demonstrates knowledge of early learning program and best practices, including coaching-based support.
* Demonstrates knowledge of and experience in working with children from various demographic areas and diverse ethnicities.
* Demonstrated ability to engage with external parties and build relationships/
