Our 2‑Hour Learning model combines AI‑adaptive technology with skilled instruction to accelerate reading development. Your role: create and implement focused, high‑impact reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners—then support the expansion of that program to campuses across the country.
This position is not about administrative paperwork or generic lesson plans. It centers on data‑informed teaching, technology partnership, and constructing a reading framework that serves thousands of students.

What You Will Be Doing- Implementing focused, high‑impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
- Creating individualized motivational interventions using gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to adjust instructional methods and generate actionable recommendations
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI‑integrated content that supports early elementary learners in reaching grade‑level reading proficiency
- Conducting 90‑minute lessons or adhering to conventional curricula—students engage with academic content through AI‑adaptive applications
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction
- At least 2 years of experience delivering small‑group reading interventions to K–2 students
- Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre‑written curricula
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
