Your role: create and implement focused, high-impact reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners—then help us replicate that success at scale across campuses nationwide.

What You Will Be Doing- Conducting focused, high-impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency.
- Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks.
- Reviewing student performance data to sharpen instruction and identify actionable trends.
- Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes.
- Building scalable, AI-supported content that helps early elementary learners reach grade-level reading proficiency.
- Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to traditional curriculum frameworks—academic subjects are taught via AI-adaptive applications.
Reading Interventionist key responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree.
- Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to K–2 students.
- Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping students, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-built curricula.
- Comfortable working with AI/adaptive learning platforms and interpreting student engagement within them.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

Plano, TX;
Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
