• Conducting focused, high-impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency.
• Creating personalized motivational experiences through gamified literacy benchmarks.
• Reviewing student performance data to sharpen instruction and identify actionable trends.
• Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes.
• Building scalable, AI-supported content that helps early elementary learners reach grade-level reading proficiency.

• Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to traditional curriculum frameworks—academic subjects are taught via AI-adaptive applications.

Reading Interventionist key responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years delivering small-group reading interventions to K–2 students.
• Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping students, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-built curricula.
• Comfortable working with AI/adaptive learning platforms and interpreting student engagement within them.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
• Able to work on-site at one of our campus locations:
  Phoenix, AZ;
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX;
  Plano, TX;
  Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
