A fast-growing, mission-driven behavioral health organization is seeking a Director of Education & Community Partnerships to lead an innovative expansion strategy focused on early identification, school readiness, and stronger transitions into learning environments. This is a unique opportunity to design and scale partnerships that improve outcomes for children while driving sustainable organizational growth.
You’ll serve as a strategic bridge between educators, families, advocacy partners, and clinical teams — helping create access pathways that empower children ages 2–10 to reach their full potential.
What You’ll Do Build & Scale Strategic Partnerships- Develop high-impact relationships with school districts, early childhood programs, advocacy organizations, and community partners
- Launch repeatable partnership models that support early identification and classroom readiness
- Create programs that deliver measurable value to educators, families, and students
- Lead multi-channel go-to-market strategies focused on parent engagement and enrollment
- Build scalable referral and conversion pathways in collaboration with marketing and intake teams
- Align mission-driven outcomes with sustainable revenue models
- Own partnership growth targets and pipeline development
- Establish KPIs tied to student outcomes, enrollment growth, and partnership success
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor trends in education, behavioral health, and advocacy ecosystems
- Translate insights into program design and expansion strategies
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, growth, or business development within education, healthcare, or behavioral health
- Strong understanding of school systems, community ecosystems, and parent decision-making dynamics
- Proven ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies
- Executive presence and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders
- Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution
Experience working with early childhood programs, special education environments, or behavioral health services is a strong plus.
