- Oversee all BLUEprint paid training program cohorts, ensuring quality delivery and positive participant outcomes.
- Ensure age‑appropriate programming at each stage, from career exploration for younger members to qualified workforce training and paid internships for teens.
- Develop new course offerings and expand the program portfolio in response to workforce trends, community needs, and emerging partner opportunities.
- Primary manager for all workforce‑related grant programs, ensuring full compliance with deliverables, reporting deadlines, and funder requirements.
- Manage active and incoming grant partnerships including MLB at Work, FIFA/Coca‑Cola FC Academy, Old Navy Workforce Program, Money Matters Financial Literacy, and others as secured.

- Coordinate scholarship distribution, stipend payments, and pursue new grant and funding opportunities aligned with the mission.
- Build partnerships with colleges, universities, and vocational institutions to create articulation pathways, stackable credentials, dual enrollment opportunities, and college credit.
- Develop and manage internship and work experience pipelines with corporate partners, placing qualified teens into professional environments.
- Connect program graduates to employment opportunities, apprenticeships, and continued education resources.
- Coordinate college readiness programming: professional development workshops, etiquette training, mock interview experiences, and career exploration events.
- Serve as primary relationship manager and ambassador, engaging authentically with club members, families, donors, and corporate partners.
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with employers, community organizations, school districts, and higher education institutions.
- Represent BGCD at community events, partner meetings, and donor engagements.
- Collaborate with the Development team to support grant prospecting, donor stewardship, and storytelling efforts highlighting program outcomes.
- Supervise assigned staff and site‑based coordinators responsible for delivering life and workforce programming across BGCD’s multiple club locations.
- Provide coaching, professional development, and performance feedback to direct reports.
- Coordinate schedules, logistics, and resources across club sites to ensure equitable and high‑quality program delivery.
- Provide regular program updates, performance data, and grant compliance reports to the Vice President of Programs and Director of Impact & Compliance.
- Maintain a master program tracker with current statuses, key dates, action items, and outcome metrics for all programs.
- Align programming with BGCD’s strategic priorities and national Boys & Girls Clubs of America standards and reporting requirements.
- Support BGCD program events such as Collegiate Steps competitions, Building Industry Leaders, and sports programs.
