You understand what gifted learners can achieve — you lived it yourself. If you've spent years observing that potential wasted by minimal expectations and standardized curricula, this is your chance to do something different.

ool, you'll guide a cohort of 15–20 K–12 students through material 5–10x faster than traditional classrooms permit.

Your role is to continuously raise expectations: facilitating one-hour life skills workshops covering public speaking, focus, and feedback, and conducting personalized motivation sessions that leverage Coachbot analytics to align each learner's objectives with concrete app progress. You'll see students who previously struggled to articulate their thoughts complete the Test2

Pass and leave confident enough to present to any audience. Your own academic credentials inform every interaction. There is no predetermined script.

This is not conventional classroom instruction. No stacks of papers to grade, no behavioral management, no watered-down lesson plans. Mentors who establish strong performance records here — sustained student satisfaction, 100% goal-completion rates, verified skill mastery — are considered for leadership positions, where they develop a small team while continuing to lead their own cohort.

Apply now if you're prepared to hold gifted learners to the standards they're capable of meeting.
