Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas is looking for a part-time Youth Development Professional in Dallas, Texas. The position involves hands-on delivery of programs including social recreation and team-building activities for youth ages 6-18. The YDP will be tasked with creating a welcoming environment, developing programming, and building meaningful relationships with participants.
Successful candidates will have a passion for youth development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage behavior while fostering a positive club culture. Flexible hours include Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
