UNT Dallas is the only public four‑year university exclusively in the City of Dallas. The UNT Dallas School of Business recently became a member of AACSB.

The University of North Texas at Dallas (UNT Dallas) School of Business invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Marketing position starting in Fall 2026. This is a full‑time, tenure‑track position, responsible for teaching four (4) courses per semester. The successful candidate will be expected to achieve excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service.

• Doctoral degree in marketing or another closely related area. ABD will be considered.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching.
• Demonstrated potential or effectiveness in scholarship.
• Experience with online and/or hybrid teaching formats.
• Evidence of ability to contribute to the positive culture of our school, university, and community.

• Participate in service activities, including program development, course development, program assessment, and committee service.
• Provide instruction in a full range of marketing and some management courses.

• A doctoral degree from an AACSB‑accredited school.
• Academic experience working on a campus with culturally diverse students, staff, and faculty.
• Experience in developing both face‑to‑face and online courses.
• Experience in curriculum development and program assessment.

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in face‑to‑face, hybrid, and online modalities.
• Engage in university, professional, and community service.
• Support student success and career development initiatives.
• Engage in high‑quality research and scholarship in their field.

• Communicating with others to exchange information.
• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
