• Comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies and procedures.
• Supervise and manage faculty members and staff by providing day‑to‑day performance coaching and monthly advisements.
• Recruit, train and develop faculty members and staff.
• Conduct classroom observations on a regular basis.
• Work with faculty members to perform curriculum reviews to improve the quality of instruction.
• Prepare class schedules to optimize class size for an effective student learning experience.
• Ensure all students are advised regularly regarding their progress.
• Advise, coach, and monitor all students at risk of violating attendance or academic progress policies.
• Administer student surveys and ensure their timely review; prepare action plans to address concerns and feedback gathered through such surveys.
• Monitor campus‑level metrics related to retention, attendance, and completion outcomes to meet campus and organizational objectives.
• Manage the Education department budget, including staff, faculty, and resource allocation to ensure effective operations and meet critical targets in student retention, completion, and Active Earning Population.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years combined management, teaching and education administration experience.
• Teaching and Curriculum Development:
  Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of what students need to succeed in a post‑secondary environment; track record of effective teaching, curriculum development and education administration.
• Communication:
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Modern Workforce
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common educational software.
• Management:
  Proven self‑starter with entrepreneurial spirit who can build a great team.
