Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our team. This individual will lead the JETSET Training Academy’s training of new instructors and oversee up to 25 lead instructors within a designated region, ensuring brand consistency across all training studios. They will play a pivotal role in product development, creating workshops, brainstorming new class types, and developing innovative exercises.
Key Responsibilities- Training Leadership: Lead 2–4 training sessions per month (5‑day or 2‑weekend format) and conduct hands‑on training to ensure participants can deliver our brand’s unique workout experience.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting programs as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Lead Instructor Oversight: Oversee up to 25 studios, providing ongoing support, coaching, and feedback to maintain high standards of instruction and brand consistency; ensure all lead instructors adhere to company policies and training guidelines.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand standards across all training programs; regularly review and update training materials to reflect current best practices and brand messaging.
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main contact for lead instructors regarding training‑related inquiries and issues.
- Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to create engaging workshops; brainstorm and develop new class types and exercises that align with the brand’s vision and goals; test and refine new training concepts before rollout.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and instructor evaluations; prepare and submit regular reports on training activities and areas for improvement; assist with training budget development and ensure activities stay within budget.
- Support Management of the Training & Innovation Studio: Ensure client inquiries, issues, and concerns receive a timely response; create, monitor, and maintain class and staff schedules and inventory for supplies, retail, and beverages.
- New Studio Audition Approval Support: Support the VP with the new studio opening instructor audition process from submission to approval.

Protect and elevate the JETSET training experience by upholding brand standards in coaching, communication, and execution across all studios. - Problem Solver:

Bring a passion for precision, presentation, and program integrity, ensuring every instructor and client experience reflects the JETSET aesthetic and standard. - Collaborative:
Partner seamlessly with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) and franchise owners to deliver unified, brand‑aligned training initiatives. - Decisive & Resourceful:
Assess evolving studio needs, anticipate risks to brand and performance standards, and implement smart, scalable solutions with confidence and agility.
- NASM or AFAA certification preferred.
- Boutique group fitness teaching experience, preferably in Pilates.
- Previous administrative and operational experience preferred.
Training sessions are scheduled on a rotating basis and may occasionally include weekend days, though this is not a weekly requirement.
Teaching RequirementAs part of this role, you will be required to teach a set number of classes per month. This commitment is essential for maintaining your hands‑on teaching experience, which is critical to your effectiveness as a training manager.
Travel RequirementThis is a hybrid role with significant on‑site presence at our Regional Training & Support Center in Dallas (opening mid‑late 2026) and/or Regional Training Centers at least three days per week on average. Up to 20% travel for department meetings, on‑site trainings and workshops.
