- Serve as a leader in the integration of current and emerging digital tools with the Catholic Intellectual Tradition
- Promote the ethical and responsible use of technology and artificial intelligence in alignment with Catholic Social Teaching and the mission of Bishop Lynch High School
- Support teachers in applying Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles to instructional design, particularly the integration of instructional technology as a flexible learning tool
- Curate and maintain digital instructional resources (websites, tutorials, interactive tools, databases, etc.) to support teaching and learning
- Support effective use of the school‑adopted Learning Management System to enhance instruction and communication
- Collaborate with technology applications teachers to develop curriculum resources and instructional materials
- Promote digital citizenship, academic integrity, and compliance with copyright and acceptable use policies
- Serve as the chair of the ITeam, the school’s advisory committee for the integration of instructional and learning technology
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Director of Teaching and Learning and Asst Principal for Academics
- Collaborate with professionals in other schools and industries

- Evaluate and apply instructional technology to support student‑centered learning
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and learning management systems (e.g., Blackboard)
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with administrators, faculty, students, and stakeholders
- Build positive, collaborative relationships as a team‑oriented professional
- Exhibit strong organization, adaptability, and sound professional judgment
- Ability to identify emerging trends in instructional and learning technology, design for change, and train and support others in adapting to change
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree in Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field preferred - Experience teaching in a classroom setting, preferably within a Catholic school environment
- Demonstrated experience with the effective integration of educational technology in curriculum, instructional design, and assessment
- Experience supporting faculty through coaching, professional learning, or instructional support roles
- Strong understanding of UDL principles and student‑centered instructional practices
- Proficiency with learning management systems (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas, or similar platforms) and educational technology tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a professional learning community
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic school environment
