The Role (Primary Responsibilities)- Comply with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies.
- Supervise and manage faculty and staff, providing day‑to‑day performance coaching and monthly advisements.
- Recruit, train, and develop faculty and staff.
- Conduct classroom observations regularly.
- Work with faculty to perform curriculum reviews to improve instruction quality.
- Prepare class schedules to optimize class size for effective learning.
- Ensure all students are advised regularly on their progress.
- Advise, coach, and monitor students at risk of violating attendance or academic progress policies.
- Administer student surveys, review results timely, and prepare action plans to address concerns.
- Monitor campus metrics related to retention, attendance, and completion to meet objectives.
- Manage Education department budget, including staff, faculty, and resources, to achieve retention, completion, and Active Earning Population targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education preferred; minimum of 3 years of combined management, teaching, and education administration experience.
- Demonstrable track record of effective teaching, curriculum development, and education administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other commonly used software.
- Proven self‑starter with entrepreneurial spirit capable of building a great team.
