Position: Director of Education (63393)

The Role (Primary Responsibilities)
  • Comply with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, accreditor standards, and institutional policies.
  • Supervise and manage faculty and staff, providing day‑to‑day performance coaching and monthly advisements.
  • Recruit, train, and develop faculty and staff.
  • Conduct classroom observations regularly.
  • Work with faculty to perform curriculum reviews to improve instruction quality.
  • Prepare class schedules to optimize class size for effective learning.
  • Ensure all students are advised regularly on their progress.
  • Advise, coach, and monitor students at risk of violating attendance or academic progress policies.
  • Administer student surveys, review results timely, and prepare action plans to address concerns.
  • Monitor campus metrics related to retention, attendance, and completion to meet objectives.
  • Manage Education department budget, including staff, faculty, and resources, to achieve retention, completion, and Active Earning Population targets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education preferred; minimum of 3 years of combined management, teaching, and education administration experience.
  • Demonstrable track record of effective teaching, curriculum development, and education administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other commonly used software.
  • Proven self‑starter with entrepreneurial spirit capable of building a great team.
