• Develop a focused research agenda, demonstrate clinical expertise, and produce publications and other scholarly activities.
• Teach undergraduate and master’s level courses in nursing, with potential duties at the doctoral level as needed.
• Contribute to program development and curriculum refinement based on faculty experience and institutional needs.

• Earned PhD in nursing or a research doctorate in a related field.
• Eligibility for RN licensure in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level.
• Rank commensurate with qualifications and experience.
