This position anchors that mission. You'll develop the Guides who engage directly with students, transforming them into outstanding coaches rather than traditional instructors. You'll facilitate life-skills workshops that students recall years afterward. You'll analyze performance data to pinpoint where students or Guides are underperforming and coach them toward excellence. You'll also maintain your own student cohort, ensuring you model the standards you uphold.

The impact multiplies significantly. Each Guide you develop influences dozens of students. Every enhancement you introduce to your campus culture scales across hundreds of young lives. Success isn't defined by meeting attendance or report production. It's determined by whether students become more confident, disciplined, resilient, and capable as a result of the culture you shaped.

• Develop and coach Guides to execute Alpha's coaching model with consistency, enthusiasm, and unwavering standards.
• Facilitate compelling life-skills workshops addressing communication, focus, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students using established playbooks.
• Analyze student and Guide performance data to surface coaching opportunities, eliminate obstacles, and generate measurable progress each week.
• Deliver motivation sessions that empower every student to claim ownership of ambitious objectives and reliably accomplish them.
• Sustain your own student cohort while exemplifying the coaching quality and accountability you require from every Guide.

• Delivering instruction in academic subjects. Students pursue core academics independently via AI-powered learning platforms.
• Developing lesson plans or creating curriculum. Your responsibility is outstanding coaching, not producing instructional content.
• Controlling classrooms through lectures, worksheets, or behavior management systems. Students direct their learning, and you coach the habits that enable success.
• Reducing expectations to sidestep challenging discussions. Elevated standards and authentic belief in each student's capabilities are inseparable.
• Defining success by activity volume rather than outcomes. Results carry greater weight than effort by itself.
