This position anchors that mission. You'll cultivate the Guides who engage students directly, transforming them into outstanding coaches instead of traditional instructors. You'll facilitate life skills workshops students recall years afterward. You'll analyze performance metrics to pinpoint where students or Guides need improvement and coach them toward excellence. You'll simultaneously lead your own student cohort, embodying the standards you hold others to.

The multiplier effect is substantial. Each Guide you develop impacts dozens of students. Every enhancement to campus culture scales across hundreds of young lives. Success isn't defined by meeting attendance or report volume. It's defined by whether students grow more confident, disciplined, resilient, and capable through the culture you establish.

• Develop and coach Guides to execute Alpha's coaching model with consistency, enthusiasm, and unwavering standards.
• Facilitate dynamic life skills workshops addressing communication, concentration, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students through established playbooks.
• Analyze student and Guide performance metrics to surface coaching opportunities, eliminate obstacles, and produce measurable weekly progress.
• Conduct motivational sessions enabling every student to embrace ambitious objectives and reliably accomplish them.
• Sustain your own student cohort while demonstrating the coaching quality and accountability you require from all Guides.

• Instructing academic content. Students advance through core academics autonomously via AI-powered learning platforms.
• Developing lesson plans or curriculum materials. Your responsibility centers on superior coaching, not producing instructional content.
• Controlling classrooms via lectures, worksheets, or behavior management systems. Students direct their learning while you coach the habits enabling success.
• Reducing standards to circumvent challenging conversations. Elevated expectations and authentic belief in student potential are inseparable.
• Defining success through activity levels rather than outcomes. Results outweigh effort alone.
