Dean's Professional Services are hiring a Senior Instructional Design Consultant for Leadership Development for a large hospital system in Dallas, TX.
Must have a Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design AND 15+ years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on leadership development programs.

The Senior Instructional Design Consultant for Leadership Development will specialize in the design, development and implementation of effective learning solutions for our leadership learning programs by enhancing leadership skills within our organization. This role requires a blend of instructional design expertise, leadership knowledge, and project management skills. The designer will consult with leaders at all levels to create learning programs that foster strong, adaptable leadership in today's dynamic work environment.

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on leadership development programs
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems
  
  Experience with various training modalities, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches and personalized learning.
• Strategic thinking to quickly synthesize information and create custom, differentiated learning solutions for early-career and tenured leaders.

• Schedule:
  
  Full time-40 Hours/week-Monday-Friday days
• Starting at $36/hr. (based on experience) + benefits.
