Beginning August 13, 2026, and initially running through November 5th (with potential extension to the Christmas break), you'll play a pivotal role in supporting students from PK3 through 8th grade. Your expertise in Special Education ensures that each child receives the individualized support they deserve. You'll collaborate with dedicated teams and caring paraprofessionals to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification (appropriate for Texas)
• Prior experience working with students with diverse abilities, preferably in a Life Skills or functional special education setting
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IEPs
• Strong communication skills with parents, administrators, and related service providers
• Adaptability and proactive problem-solving attitude

• Develop and deliver engaging instruction based on student IEPs and individual needs
• Cultivate a safe, inclusive environment promoting independence and life skills
• Collaborate with team members to support instructional and behavioral interventions
• Provide differentiated instruction with patience and creativity
• Assess student progress and communicate effectively with families and staff
