You are not here to teach academics. At Alpha, students master academic content through AI-driven adaptive learning platforms. No lectures. No textbooks. No whiteboard instruction. Motivation and life skills—the elements traditional schools push to the sidelines—become your entire focus.

Imagine a typical Tuesday. Half your time is spent facilitating one-hour workshops for a K-8 group covering public speaking, concentration, and how to deliver and accept meaningful feedback. The other half involves sitting with those same students individually or in small clusters, reviewing their Coachbot data, and driving each one toward 100% completion of their weekly app targets—leveraging school currency, leaderboards, and the trust you ve cultivated to overcome their resistance.

Your quarterly performance boils down to three metrics: every student in your cohort completes their weekly app objectives, every student passes the Test2

Pass mastery verification for each workshop, and 90% or more report that they love you. Fall short on any one of these, and you ve missed the mark.

The reward comes when a student who spent September convinced they were terrible at math asks you to increase their goal.

This is a full-time, on-site position at one of Alpha s campuses. We recruit on a national scale, so job postings may appear in nearby cities where we do not yet operate a campus.

• Facilitating one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts covering public speaking, focus, and the giving and receiving of feedback
• Conducting daily one-on-one and small-group motivation sessions that drive every student to 100% completion of their weekly app objectives, utilizing Coachbot analytics and Alpha s incentive structures (school currency, leaderboards)
• Delivering the Test2
  
  Pass mastery assessment for each life skill, then re-coaching students who do not pass until mastery is achieved
• Modifying the workshop playbook and creating new sessions when gaps are identified, ensuring the same content resonates with both kindergarteners and 8th graders
• Serving as both the adult who maintains the standard and the adult your students willingly confide in

• Delivering whiteboard lectures, creating math and reading lesson plans, or grading homework; academic instruction is handled by the apps
• Conducting standardized test prep or being responsible for class-wide test scores
• Managing parent conferences, emails, and complaints; all parent-facing responsibilities belong to campus leadership
• Controlling crowds of 30 students simultaneously; cohorts are small and behavioral work is conducted through 1:1 coaching
• Supervising children at computers; motivation here is hands-on and relational

Ensure every student in your K-8 cohort completes their weekly learning objectives, masters each life skill, and finishes the year reporting they loved school.
