Develops and delivers effective training that helps district employees adopt and use software applications. Assesses learning needs, creates instructor-led and virtual materials, conducts demonstrations and hands-on sessions, tracks participation, gathers feedback, and maintains user guides and job aids.

· Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

· 2–4 years of software training, adult learning, or technical instruction experience

· Proficiency with presentation, virtual-training, and content-authoring tools

· Ability to learn applications quickly and explain technical concepts clearly

· Strong facilitation, organization, writing, and customer-service skills. K–12 or change-management experience preferred.

Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and relevant professional experience may be considered. Assignment-specific requirements may apply.
