The Aaron Family JCC seeks an exceptional leader to launch the J Early Childhood Center - Plano, serving infants through Pre-K with up to 80 children. The Director will begin with six months at the Dallas campus (Jan–June 2027) before relocating to Plano for the August opening.
Responsibilities include building a founding team, developing learning environments, and creating systems for enrollment, family engagement, and ongoing excellence in teaching and care.
