Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/Soft Bank/Deep Mind team and backed by world-leading investors. We are seeking heads of L&D with 4+ years designing corporate training to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
This remote, flexible role pays $70/hour for 5-20 hours per week, start ASAP. Candidates should own facilitator guides and curriculum outlines and deliver high-quality outputs.
