The Nature School at Temple Shalom in Dallas, TX is seeking a Lead Infant & Toddler Educator for its birth–18 months program. The role emphasizes respect, observation, independence, movement, and deep relationships with young children.
Although not a Montessori setting, the program draws on RIE/Educarer, Reggio Emilia, and nature-based approaches. Ideal candidates are curious, open to Montessori Infant/Toddler pathways, and excited to work in a Jewish, inclusive environment.
