Lead Teacher

Kinder Care is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher for White Rock Hills Elementary to create a warm, engaging classroom where children thrive academically and socially. In this role, you will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, guide small and whole-group instruction, and support students' social-emotional growth. You'll collaborate with families and colleagues, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and uphold all school and licensing standards while modeling Kinder Care's culture of nurturing, diversity, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily instruction for an elementary classroom aligned with school standards
• Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with families about student growth and needs
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff on curriculum and activities
• Support social-emotional development and positive behavior
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and licensing regulations
