American Care Academy is seeking dedicated and flexible Substitute Teachers to join our team immediately. • Step into classrooms and follow lesson plans provided by lead teachers
• Supervise and engage children (infants through preschool age)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and language development
• Assist with classroom transitions, meals, and playtime
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Maintain daily communication with staff and leadership

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of experience in a licensed childcare facility
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• CDA (Child Development Associate)
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education
