Job Description:
Performance Contracting Inc. is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to support the training processes out at our PCI Dallas 114 operations located in Midlothian, TX
. This individual will be responsible for the following essential functions:
- Conduct training and verify employee retention
- Respond to inquiries and support requests on all training and certification needs
- Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress
- Create training schedules, track, and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the Customer as requested
- Assist Customer and PCI in development of Training and Testing Criteria as required
- Market company training opportunities and provide information on benefits to encourage job retention
- Other duties as assigned.
$72,400-$97,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.
Basic Qualifications- At least 5 years of experience working in the construction industry as a Foreman.
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Expertise in Drywall Finishing and Drywall Finishing Tools.
- Must lead with safety in mind first and always
- Ability to affect change through personal influence
- Must display strengths in communication, messaging, patience, team building, with an ongoing interest in improvements though innovation and continued learning.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in team environment
- Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught
- Customer service skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- General knowledge of trade tools, equipment and materials used in the construction industry
- Adherence to the highest standards of safety and quality
- Demonstrable adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
