Job Description:

Performance Contracting Inc. is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to support the training processes out at our PCI Dallas 114 operations located in Midlothian, TX
. This individual will be responsible for the following essential functions:

  • Conduct training and verify employee retention
  • Respond to inquiries and support requests on all training and certification needs
  • Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress
  • Create training schedules, track, and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the Customer as requested
  • Assist Customer and PCI in development of Training and Testing Criteria as required
  • Market company training opportunities and provide information on benefits to encourage job retention
  • Other duties as assigned.
Salary Range

$72,400-$97,000 annual salary plus non-guaranteed annualized bonus program.

Basic Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the construction industry as a Foreman.
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Expertise in Drywall Finishing and Drywall Finishing Tools.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required
  • Must lead with safety in mind first and always
  • Ability to affect change through personal influence
  • Must display strengths in communication, messaging, patience, team building, with an ongoing interest in improvements though innovation and continued learning.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught
  • Customer service skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • General knowledge of trade tools, equipment and materials used in the construction industry
  • Adherence to the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Demonstrable adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
