Position: Campus Manager (Dallas)

Classification:
Exempt;
Full-Time, 36-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Work schedule will generally total 36-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with hours scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM according to campus and program needs. Occasional after-school or other program functions may be required.

Reports To:

Associate Program Manager(s) and/or Program Manager(s).

Benefits: 401(k); health and medical benefits; 5 PTO days; and up to 30 paid holidays, subject to Beacon Hill eligibility requirements and benefit plan terms.

Position Summary

The Campus Manager is responsible for the daily operation of an assigned Beacon Hill Learning Lab or program site. The position provides direct student instruction, manages instructors and volunteers, monitors student progress, maintains required records and data, and serves as a primary point of communication between Beacon Hill and assigned school-campus personnel. The Campus Manager is responsible for maintaining an organized, positive, and instruction-focused environment that supports student learning and Beacon Hill program expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain a positive, engaging, safe, and organized learning environment.

Provide high-quality small-group reading and math tutoring, generally using a 3-4 students to 1 instructor model.

Manage Learning Lab staff, including Campus Instructors and volunteers.

Monitor staff schedules and weekly hours for payroll reporting.

Hold staff meetings as needed to communicate Beacon Hill expectations, training updates, and school-campus information.

Provide staff coaching, feedback, recognition, and corrective direction when needed.

Assess student progress and strategically monitor individual and group performance.

Implement the Gideon reading and math curriculum and approved enrichment activities with fidelity.

Oversee classroom management and student movement, including student drop-off and pickup when required.

Maintain accurate and confidential student records, curriculum folders, attendance information, and required database entries.

Complete and monitor required Salesforce or other program data entries and closeouts.

Administer or oversee initial, BOY, MOY, EOY, and other required assessments for student grouping and regrouping.

Coordinate learning lab setup, student scheduling, orientations, open houses, scholar celebrations, and end-of-year activities.

Review curriculum grading and student learning paths for accuracy and instructional alignment.

Communicate professionally with school-campus staff and administration and report campus concerns to Beacon Hill leadership in a timely manner.

Assist with onboarding, training, and support of Campus Instructors and volunteers.

Follow Beacon Hill policies, school district or campus requirements, confidentiality standards, and professional conduct expectations.

Assist other Beacon Hill team members and programs as needed.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree required.

Experience working with students in education, tutoring, classroom instruction or assistance, early childhood education, youth programs, or childcare preferred.

Prior experience supervising, coaching, training, or leading staff or volunteers preferred.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage staff, students, schedules, records, and competing campus priorities.

Ability to review student performance data and identify students who may require reassessment or instructional adjustment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and One Drive.

Ability to complete accurate data entry;
Salesforce or similar database experience preferred.

Ability to learn and effectively implement and support the Gideon reading and math curriculum.

Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and follow established program procedures.

Reliable attendance and ability to work collaboratively with Beacon Hill staff and school-campus personnel.

Travel and Scheduling

Local travel throughout the DFW Metroplex may be required based on program needs.

May be required to pick up or deliver curriculum, paperwork, supplies, or other program materials.

Must attend required in-person meetings, professional development, training, conferences, and team-building activities as scheduled.
