Work Location

• All positions are considered on-site roles.
• After six months of employment, some positions may be eligible to apply for a hybrid work arrangement based on job responsibilities, operational needs, supervisor approval, and Dallas College policy.
• Academic (Faculty) positions require an on-campus presence, even when teaching online courses, in accordance with state law.

Overall responsibility for delivering assigned project based on agreed targets and objects, on time and on budget.

• Plays a critical role in expanding and coordinating experiential learning opportunities that help students connect their education to meaningful career pathways.
• Ensures high-impact programs and initiatives are executed effectively, supporting Dallas College's commitment to workforce readiness and student success.
• Serves as a bridge between academic programs, employers, and community partners to create transformative learning experiences.

• Directly contributes to increasing student access to internships, apprenticeships, work-based learning, and career exploration opportunities.
• Leads projects that improve program effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and student outcomes.

• Ability to plan project, manage the creation and execution of various deliverables, and work with all project(s) related resources including but not limited to establishing and managing effective partnerships with project partners and key stakeholders, quality and cohesion of training, networking and project output, reporting of financial and operational progress.
• Must be capable to understanding project and business requirements and how these requirements apply and/or interface with other systems within Dallas College.
• Ability to lead team through execution of project and provide day-to day direction on process related activities.
• Must have strong interpersonal, analytical and problems solving skills and be able to converse with team members, stakeholders, vendors, etc., within the Dallas College community network.
• Able to work in ambiguous situations; take a high-level assignment and work the details to produce desired outcome.
• Ability to establish cross-functional and multiple location relationships, network both internal and external to Dallas College in order to accomplish project objectives.
