An instructor at Premier Martial Arts location is a person who has a passion for changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be their best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student and never lets their ego get the best of them.

A learning attitude is key for the success of this position.

• Group Intros

• Certified Instructor Training

• Performance Evaluation for all Instructors

• Instructor Schedules / Hours

• Leadership Program

• Distributing marketing materials into the community

• Lead generation programs

• Mass intro marketing

• Setting appointments for Intros

• Monday-Thursday 1:30pm-9:30pm

• PNO
  - Second Friday of the Month 6:30pm-11:00pm

• WBBB
  - Last Friday 6:30pm-8:00pm

• Saturdays- 9am-12:00pm

• Intros

• Mass Intros

• After 12:00 Birthday Parties (As Needed/Scheduled)
