Each summer, Camp OTX hires Instructor Specialists in a variety of program areas. These team members have the unique opportunity to teach and coach in their specialty while also building relationships and contributing to the overall Camp OTX program.

Instructor Specialists are responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and exciting operation of their area. Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing for Morning Activities in their specialty
• Teaching and Coaching Morning Activities
• Leading private lessons and specialty clinics
• Maintaining equipment and facilities related to their area
• Assisting with the general Camp OTX program when not directly involved in their specialty
