The Customer Service Consultant (CSC) is the cornerstone of customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance of our advanced dry ice solution systems.

This role blends customer service excellence with hands‑on technical proficiency
, providing on‑site installation, training, troubleshooting, and repair support at customer facilities throughout the assigned territory.

The CSC will not only resolve immediate customer needs but also build long‑term relationships
, act as a trusted advisor, and identify opportunities for additional products, parts, and services, driving revenue growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise & Customer Support
  • Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and multi‑meters
  • Perform on‑site repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to minimize downtime
  • Provide in‑depth training to customers on operation, maintenance, and optimization of equipment
  • Take ownership of customer issues and warranty work
    , ensuring complete satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for customer inquiries
Revenue Generation & Relationship Management
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to service customers and identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver consultative sales
    , recommending equipment, parts, accessories, and services
  • Generate sales leads through referrals, cold calls, and networking
  • Maintain accurate records in company systems (
    Epicor Kinetic ERP, Company CONNECT, Hub Spot CRM
    )
  • Ensure company assets (vehicles, equipment, parts) are maintained and ready for service, demonstrations, and sales
  • Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Field Service Maintenance
    , or equivalent experience
  • Engineering experience is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years in a technical customer service or field service role
  • Proven technical aptitude in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair
  • Experience with capital or industrial goods sales in a B2B environment is a plus
  • Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
  • Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Customer‑focused with a commitment to exceptional service
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Valid driver’s license, including ability to tow a trailer
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Physical stamina to work in varied field and customer environments
