Position Overview

📍 Dallas, TX (Travel Required)

🕒 Full-Time

We are seeking a Senior Field Safety Specialist to lead jobsite safety operations, manage assigned client accounts, conduct incident investigations, and deliver professional safety training.

This role is field-focused and client-facing. It requires strong communication skills, operational discipline, and the ability to perform consistently under pressure.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can operate independently and represent our company professionally at all times.

Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive jobsite inspections and safety audits
  • Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports
  • Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Deliver toolbox talks, safety meetings, and formal training sessions
  • Serve as primary safety contact for assigned client accounts
  • Maintain accurate and timely digital documentation
  • Travel to project sites across Texas and occasionally out of state
  • Communicate professionally with client representatives and internal leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of construction or industrial safety experience
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations (1926 preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience conducting field inspections and safety meetings
  • Comfortable using iPad and digital reporting platforms
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
  • Ability to work outdoors and walk uneven terrain
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • OSHA 30 (minimum)
  • OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer
  • CHST, ASP, or other safety certifications
  • Experience managing client accounts
