Job Summary
Health Conservation, Inc. (HCI) is a national provider of occupational health services. The Couples Driving Team Mobile Health Technician Team will support clients across the United States with audiometric, respiratory, vision, and diagnostic screening services.
Responsibilities- Training will be provided to equip the Team with proficient knowledge and the ability to successfully execute our audiometric screening process as a mobile field technician as well as other services such as respiratory fit testing, vision and other diagnostic services.
- Perform audiometric screening services for client employees working in various industrial settings of all types and sizes.
- Conduct hearing conservation training protocol for client employees by speaking from a learned script within a specified timeframe, typically lasting 10 minutes.
- Travel 100% of the time nationally using a company‑provided vehicle.
- Work a variety of daily testing schedules, including late‑session followed by early‑morning session, straight‑day session, straight‑night session, etc.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide strong customer service.
- Explain test processes clearly to clients.
- Operate computer, internet, email, and related technical tools.
- Lift between 25‑60 lbs.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug test and background screening.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Receive competitive salary, hotel discount programs, and HCI‑branded scrubs.
- Earn per diem while on travel and training.
- Qualify for health insurance (standard health, dental, vision, life, short‑term and long‑term disability) after one month of service.
- Qualify for a 401(k) plan after one year of tenure.
- Earn up to two weeks of vacation time in the first calendar year (prorated based on date of hire).
- Excellent organizational, planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer‑service orientation.
- Technical proficiency with computers, internet, and email.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 25‑60 lbs.
- Potential take‑home pay up to $81,000 annually per team.
- Sign‑on bonus of $5,000 per team for new driving teams.
