• Transcribe real-world Air Traffic Control (ATC) and pilot audio recordings with precision
• Label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and responses accurately
• Capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology correctly
• Work on task-based assignments at your own pace and schedule
• Consistently meet quality and accuracy benchmarks — this work matters

• A pilot, student pilot, Air Traffic Controller, or aviation professional
• An aviation enthusiast who regularly listens to ATC communications
• Someone with a solid understanding of aviation radio phraseology and procedures
• Extremely detail-oriented and patient with audio work
• Able to work independently and manage your own task queue
• No formal transcription background required — aviation knowledge is what counts

• Experience with LiveATC, Fore Flight, or similar aviation tools
• Familiarity with ICAO or FAA phraseology standards
• Background in aviation dispatch, operations, or military aviation
