$12-25/hr Remote Freelance AUDIO
About the RoleWe're building next-generation AI systems for aviation and autonomous flight — and we need people who speak the language of the skies. If you've ever listened to ATC feeds for fun, logged hours in a cockpit, or worked in aviation operations, this is a rare opportunity to turn that expertise into meaningful, flexible remote work.
This is not generic transcription. It's specialized, high-impact work that directly improves AI systems used in aviation safety and autonomy.

Hourly / Task-Based Contract - Location:
Remote - Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Transcribe real-world Air Traffic Control (ATC) and pilot audio recordings with precision
- Label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and responses accurately
- Capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology correctly
- Work on task-based assignments at your own pace and schedule
- Consistently meet quality and accuracy benchmarks — this work matters
- A pilot, student pilot, Air Traffic Controller, or aviation professional
- An aviation enthusiast who regularly listens to ATC communications
- Someone with a solid understanding of aviation radio phraseology and procedures
- Extremely detail-oriented and patient with audio work
- Able to work independently and manage your own task queue
- No formal transcription background required — aviation knowledge is what counts
- Experience with LiveATC, Fore Flight, or similar aviation tools
- Familiarity with ICAO or FAA phraseology standards
- Background in aviation dispatch, operations, or military aviation
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects shaping the future of aviation and autonomous flight
