What You'll Do
* Coordinate and dispatch technicians based on certifications, skills, and customer needs while providing timely updates throughout the repair process.
* Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers by answering questions, securing approvals, managing purchase orders, and ensuring a positive service experience.
* Monitor technician productivity, track repair progress, and help keep service work on schedule and aligned with company standards.
* Support the full-service lifecycle, including parts coordination, vendor purchase orders, maintenance agreements, invoicing details, and operational follow-through.## What You'll Bring
