SCM Specialist; Warranty Claims

Title: Specialist SCM Power Projects & Operations (Warranty claims Management)

Duration: 12 Months Contract with possible extensions

Job Summary:

Support Renewable Energy Projects (Solar & Wind) with a primary focus on Warranty Management. The role is responsible for managing OEM, EPC, supplier, and civil warranty claims, supporting project handover to Operations, and ensuring contractual warranty obligations are fulfilled.

• Lead end-to-end warranty claim management for renewable power assets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Project teams, EPC contractors, suppliers, and OEMs to resolve warranty issues.
• Manage warranty claims from initiation through closure and maintain related documentation.
• Support project-to-operations transition, ensuring warranty obligations are transferred.
• Interpret contracts and enforce warranty provisions.
• Support supplier performance management and operational spares procurement.
• Manage warranty issues related to:
• Wind: Wind Turbine OEMs, Wind Farm Operations
• High Voltage Equipment: Power Transformers, HV Breakers, Electrical Substations

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of SCM experience with strong Warranty Management experience.
• Experience managing OEM/EPC warranty claims and supplier relationships.
• Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
• Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind) experience preferred.
