Perform assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment at customer sites and in the field;
Travel regionally or nationally to support local and countrywide customer needs, including overnight travel;
Complete field service reports, expense reports, preventive maintenance data sheets, and startup data sheets;
Collaborate with managers, district service teams, electricians, sales partners, and project managers to resolve escalated issues;
Engage in continuous learning and training on products in the field and classroom; assist senior technicians and support project management on larger system start-ups
