Your impact
We are seeking an Entry Level Digital Delivery Professional to support Revit Applications across our Life Sciences business. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation and day‑to‑day support of BIM workflows using Revit and Autodesk Forma.
You will work closely with project teams and senior digital delivery leaders to help maintain standards, improve project execution, and support the adoption of digital tools across the design lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Support BIM implementation across projects, including development and execution of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project workflows, standards, and digital delivery requirements.
- Provide technical support to project teams, maintain Revit standards, templates, and families, and assist with troubleshooting modeling and documentation challenges.
- Conduct model quality reviews, ensure compliance with established standards, and support interdisciplinary coordination and model exchanges with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Assist with Autodesk Forma administration, including project setup, permissions, folder structures, document management, collaboration workflows, and maintenance of templates and standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and team efficiency by supporting process improvements, automation initiatives, and implementation of new digital tools and practices.
- Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing efforts by developing training materials, supporting onboarding and user adoption, and participating in collaboration and coordination meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Technology or other closely related discipline
- 0‑2 years of experience in BIM, Digital Delivery, or Design Technology
- Ability to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future
- Proficiency in Forma
- Understanding of BIM standards and project workflows
- Experience with Revizto
- Exposure to Dynamo or other automation tools and scripting
- Experience working on large multidisciplinary design projects

The base salary range for this position is $58,656.00 to $82,170.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
