Compensation:
Target base salary $85,000 (limited flexibility)

Crui Tek is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to add a Manufacturing Process & Quality Engineer. This newly created role focuses on improving product quality, increasing manufacturing efficiency, and standardizing processes across multiple production facilities. The ideal candidate enjoys being hands‑on in a manufacturing environment while applying structured engineering and quality principles.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands‑on experience with manufacturing processes and quality control
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience using Solid Works for modeling and design
- Working knowledge of CNC programming
- Identify root causes of production and quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, defects, and prevention opportunities
- Drive standardization of manufacturing processes across multiple facilities
- Review design plans, process procedures, test methods, and quality documentation
- Ensure products meet internal quality standards and customer requirements
- Support production and product development teams through inspection and analysis
- Design, model, and test prototypes and manufacturing concepts
- Select materials and components required for production
- Create drawings, specifications, parts lists, and cost estimates
- Build samples or working models for evaluation and demonstration
- Travel periodically to regional facilities to evaluate and improve processes
- Use Solid Works to design and refine manufacturing concepts and improvements
- This is an onsite role with significant shop floor involvement
- Compensation flexibility is limited due to this being a newly created position
