Overview

Crui Tek is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to add a Manufacturing Process & Quality Engineer. This newly created role focuses on improving product quality, increasing manufacturing efficiency, and standardizing processes across multiple production facilities. The ideal candidate enjoys being hands‑on in a manufacturing environment while applying structured engineering and quality principles.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands‑on experience with manufacturing processes and quality control
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Solid Works for modeling and design
  • Working knowledge of CNC programming
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify root causes of production and quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, defects, and prevention opportunities
  • Drive standardization of manufacturing processes across multiple facilities
  • Review design plans, process procedures, test methods, and quality documentation
  • Ensure products meet internal quality standards and customer requirements
  • Support production and product development teams through inspection and analysis
  • Design, model, and test prototypes and manufacturing concepts
  • Select materials and components required for production
  • Create drawings, specifications, parts lists, and cost estimates
  • Build samples or working models for evaluation and demonstration
  • Travel periodically to regional facilities to evaluate and improve processes
  • Use Solid Works to design and refine manufacturing concepts and improvements

  • This is an onsite role with significant shop floor involvement
  • Compensation flexibility is limited due to this being a newly created position
